Please always arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure time; we otherwise can’t guarantee available space. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. No refunds are given for unused tickets.
All sales are final. For your convenience, tickets for the Golden Gate Bay Cruise® and Bridge 2 Bridge Cruise® are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Tickets for Hop-on Hop-off City Tours, California Academy of Sciences, Madame Tussauds, SF Dungeon, and Aquarium of the Bay are valid for single use within 7 days from the date of purchase, and can be used for any available departure time.
Tickets for all other public tours and events need to be reserved for a specific date and time; should you need to reschedule your California Sunset or & Twilight Cruises with us to a different date, you can do so as a one-time courtesy up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure by calling (415) 673-2900 or emailing us at [email protected] Additional rescheduling will incur a fee of $20 each time. Should you miss or forego your scheduled public cruise departure, your ticket will expire and we unfortunately will be unable to reschedule you for another sailing.
Public cruises are considered regularly scheduled tours, such as the California Sunset & Twilight Cruises, for which members of the public can purchase tickets. It doesn’t include private charter cruises. Please view the additional terms and conditions at the bottom of this page for private charter events.
Red and White Fleet®, and its affiliated websites reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Website is offered. Red and White Fleet®, reserves the right to update these policies at its discretion.

Tour customers, acknowledge by their acceptance, that Red and White Fleet®, its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for food, beverage, accommodations, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour customers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Red and White Fleet®, its affiliates, tour operators and agents assume no responsibility for any sickness, theft, labor disputes, breakdowns, road closures, requests of Park or government agencies, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
Red and White Fleet® reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or continue to accommodate any tour members at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants. Tour Carriers and operators shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss or damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be the result of defect or through the acts or omissions of any person or company performing or rendering the services. These firms are not responsible for any changes or increased costs incurred by passengers as a result of the cancellation of services due to be provided by its agents or suppliers for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants. All travel documents and vouchers are issued subject to these terms and conditions by Red and White Fleet®, its agents and suppliers.
